Stronghold Crusader was released on 23rd of September 2014 same like their first version of Stronghold Crusader first version. The first demo of the game was released by the journalist in 2013 at E3. With a footage of pre alpha showing this game was released at games.com in 2013. A trailer and demo of the game was released that showed different aspects of the game giving an introduction to the series for the gamers to play.
